Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Keystone Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 377 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
