Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
