Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
