Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Oak Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in sanitation schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer specifications. • Python or R for analysis.
