Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Sable Staffing Partners is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
