Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Corner Property Management looks after rental homes across the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
