Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Birch Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service alerts. • Python or R for analysis.
