Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Yarrow Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 871 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in case files and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on public records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
