Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
