Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Field Staffing is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
