Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Union Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
