Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Forge Farms and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in grower contracts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on packing house output. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
