Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Orchard Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
