Data Analyst - customer trends (Houston, TX)

Nova Logistics is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
