Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen River Construction is a Honolulu contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in subcontractor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
