Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Oak Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
