Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Hollow Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
