Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Honolulu, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
