Bright Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
