Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Pine Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory.
