Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
