Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
