Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Bright Willow Early Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis.
