Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Yarrow Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Hartford. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
