Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
