Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
