Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 473 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
