Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Hartford, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
