Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Wren Transit Planning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
