Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Bluepeak Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Fresno across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
