Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Amberfield Sparrow Freight Group is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
