Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
