Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Rivermark Meadow Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
