Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
