Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Greenridge Ventures collects and processes waste and recycling around Fresno. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
