Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Linden Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
