Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Granite Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on account servicing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
