Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

Bright Pike Manufacturing is a El Paso manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
