Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

Bright Field Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
