Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Clear Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 573 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
