Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

Clearpath Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on public records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
