Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
