Data Analyst - customer trends (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Stone Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
