Data Analyst - customer trends (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Harbor Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Detroit. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
