Data Analyst - customer trends (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Detroit plant. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in ingredient orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
