Data Analyst - customer trends (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
