Data Analyst - customer trends (Des Moines, IA)

Bluepeak Amber Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
