Data Analyst - customer trends (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Oak Care Services provides in-home and community support in Des Moines, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
