Data Analyst - customer trends (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Oak Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
