Data Analyst - customer trends (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
